GYM Building Futures Collective (BFC) believes young people should have the opportunity to build meaningful careers without leaving the communities that helped shape them. Through paid employment, skilled trades experience, property maintenance, renovations, and future housing initiatives, we create pathways that allow young people to invest in the places they proudly call home.

 

Building Futures Collective is also a social enterprise of

Growing Young Movers. Revenue generated through our work supports BFC employment and operations, while profits are reinvested into GYM Youth Development—helping create more opportunities for young people to belong, learn, work and lead.

 

Working alongside industry partners, municipalities, schools, and community organizations, youth develop practical skills while contributing to projects that enhance neighbourhoods and create lasting opportunities for future generations. Every project is an investment in both people and place.
